Shipping & Delivery
For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. Your shipment will arrive within 2-8 business days upon receiving & processing your order depending on the method of shipping chosen.
Normal order processing time is 1-2 business days.
Warranty & Guarantee Information
FreshStor offers a limited Exclusive 1 Year on all CVault and EVault containers. This 1 Year Replacement Guarantee is only available for any CVault or EVault purchased directly through this website. In the event, you have a problem with your item and purchased it elsewhere, please contact the vendor or store you purchased it from to inquire about their policies. We do not extend this warranty nor offer information about replacements for purchases not made through this website.
Should your product have a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us through our contact form and we will be happy to assist you in your claim and getting you a replacement.
What kind of security does our site use?
Our site uses SSL data encryption and secure digital credit card processing, which allows us to verify your identity and ensure that all online transactions, including transfer of personal data and credit card purchases, are kept secure from outside parties.
FreshStor Return Policy & Refunds
We will accept returns of CVaults and EVaults that are shipped to us within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept UNUSED and UNDAMAGED products. All returned items must be accompanied with a receipt and in its original packaging. Returns require an RA number, which can be obtained by e-mailing us through the contact us form. A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returned merchandise and shipping will not be credited in either direction. Special ordered items that are made to customer specification are not returnable.
